Ariye (Eric) Zohar is a seasoned tactical expert, educator, and security professional with over three decades of experience in advanced security operations, personal protection, and defensive tactics. As the Founder and President of ISS Associates, Inc. and Chief Instructor of the Zohar Tactical Training Division, he has developed and led comprehensive training programs for law enforcement, military, and civilian audiences.
A veteran of the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF), Mr. Zohar served from 1990 to 1994 during a period of significant conflict, including the First Intifada and Operation Desert Storm. He was a member of the elite 35th Brigade, part of the Airborne and Special Forces Division, where he conducted counter-terror operations and trained special forces personnel in close-quarters combat and tactical field operations.
Mr. Zohar’s expertise has been recognized nationally and internationally. He has been featured on ABC News, Good Morning America, Eyewitness News, World News Now, and Spotlight Magazine, and is widely regarded for his ability to translate battlefield-tested techniques into real-world defensive training.
