Overview:
The CT CCW course is designed to meet Connecticut’s requirement for applying for a pistol permit. This course is also valuable for NYS residents who work in or travel frequently to Connecticut and want to carry legally across state lines.

Course Content:
Students receive classroom instruction on Connecticut firearm law, safe handling, and the legal use of force. The course includes live-fire qualification with a pistol, where participants must demonstrate accuracy, control, and safety awareness. Guidance is provided for completing the fingerprinting, notarization, and application paperwork.
